Happy Resurrection Sunday

John 11:25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies;

     What a wonderful celebration! We live even though we die. He arose! Praises!!!

Now, what am I going to do with that information! I think of a my celebration of Jesus’ resurrection as a time for me increase my personal relationship with Jesus as well as commit myself more fully to action. First, I’m calling a death to the past errors of my health and fitness ways. I’ve done a ton of good, but have not quite hit the mark I’ve set for myself. Divine Health requires constant effort and fine tuning as we continue on the path of our life.

I’m taking the remainder of the month of April to focus on improving my diet. I’ve made some good progress. My cholesterol levels are better aligned. However, I think they should be even better. At the moment, I am on a weight loss plateau. Some of the healthy food I’m eating seems better for maintenance than loss. The carbs and sugar in my diet will be reduced and replaced by more fresh vegetables.

At this point in the year, some have already given up on their new year’s resolutions. I am committed for a Divinely Healthy life and know that it takes effort and focus all year, every month and each day. I see how I want to live my life at my ideal and attempt to live that way most days. My life is more abundant! The old is gone away and the present is constantly being refined.
